We ensure a high level of quality is reflected in our social and environmental policies, which have been established in line with all applicable legislation and approved by the relevant regulatory bodies, to ensure we carry out our business activities in a sustainable and ethical manner.

We are committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business. Our Anti-Slavery Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place.

STR is proud to take an active role in supporting a number of charities in the local community. Our main charity partner is Naomi house, a Children’s Hospice Trust operating across Hampshire. Employees at STR support the hospice through a number of seasonal initiatives including raffles, sporting events and summer family fun days along with contributions from employees and company donations.

We foster corporate links with our chosen charities and also encourage all employees in their fund-raising endeavours by promoting their good work via our social media links, and matching their efforts to double the amount of money raised.
