Helen Harvey has spent over 30 years in the recruitment industry and has worked as an Independent Mentor since 2007. She works closely with the REC to deliver their accredited training courses. Helen began working with STR as an active Board member in 2006 and currently sits on the Shareholder Advisory Board. She provides mentoring support across the senior leadership team with a particular focus on developing the skills of female managers and the rising stars within the Group.

With 27 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, Sid Barnes has been working with STR since 2023 and chairs the STR Operational Board, covering trading activity across Group companies and territories. He works specifically on enhancing the Group Operating Model, improving operational data, staff capability and mindset. Sid also leads a number of critical projects within Operations, designed to improve ROI from each desk and deliver sustainable business growth.
