I joined STR in 2016 as Head of Staffing Solutions with the remit to enhance current and introduce new services and solutions to STR’s portfolio of customers. Prior to this, STR had built a solid reputation for providing contingent permanent and contract recruitment services but had ambitions to develop a more partnership style approach.
Over the last 7 years, we have established a Strategic Sales team that successfully onboards new clients and provides account management services across our 6 STEM Brands. I have also overseen the development of our solutions portfolio, where we now deliver Dedicated Resourcing Projects, RPO and MSP programmes, have enabled new international candidate engagement methods, and entered new territories providing both international and in-country recruitment solutions.
We have developed a partnership model where we work hand-in-hand with key industry bodies to provide talent solutions to their members and share industry insights.
