Holding the Swiss labour licence means that the brands Blackfield Associates, Insignis, Talos and urban will now be able to directly provide contract/interim and permanent recruitment services to the country.
Already working with numerous high-profile life sciences, automation and engineering businesses across Europe, these brands will now be able to extend their offering to the Swiss market, whilst maintaining compliance and providing excellent direct services to their clients. Further benefits their customers will see realised include an enhanced access to international and local Swiss candidates, providing businesses with the best of both worlds as it widens their talent pools and recruitment networks.
