Last Friday marked a milestone celebration for STR Group, as our outstanding achievers were treated to an exclusive day at the prestigious Goodwood Circuit. Hosted by STR Group’s Chief Executive and founder, Clive Hutchings, the event was a thrilling experience filled with speed, delicious food and great company.
High-Speed Track Thrills
The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the 4 adrenaline-pumping hot laps around the iconic Goodwood Circuit. Paired with experienced racing drivers, our Milestone winners embraced the exhilarating speed and precision of the track, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
One of the attendees and a top performer, Callum Jones of Blackfield Associates, enthused,
“We had a really great day at the STR Milestone event, where we started off at Goodwood with some hot laps from a professional driver, hitting 150+mph! After that we were treated to an exclusive lunch in a private room at the Kennels. All in all a great experience and day out.”
Exquisite Dining at The Kennels
Following the heart-racing activities on the circuit, the day continued with an exquisite private dining experience at The Kennels, nestled within Goodwood’s private members club. The setting was not only elegant but also a fitting tribute to the significant milestones achieved by our dedicated team members.
Grant Horsham from Talos Automation shared his thoughts:
“It was a great event, and the experience of racing around the Goodwood circuit was amazing. The location for our dinner was excellent and fitting for the milestones we all achieved. Thanks STR. As always, you didn’t disappoint.”
