OUR BESPOKE STAFFING SOLUTION
Securing this model allowed us to dedicate our resources to the search and target Wartsila’s competitors and relevant engineers from across Europe, also incorporating market research and headhunting services.
The dedicated account team supported the recruitment programme with a multi-stage process, which included:
- Fully qualifying each vacancy, agreeing an ideal candidate profile, creating candidate brief and critical selection criteria, and developing the sourcing strategy.
- Extensive market and competitor research, followed by a targeted sourcing strategy to access talent pools, using our established networks and networking capabilities.
- Conducting in-depth interviews with identified candidates and arranging first-stage interviews between the shortlisted individuals and Wärtsilä.
- Providing assistance and advice on the preparation, delivery, negotiation and acceptance of an offer for the selected candidates.
- Regularly contacting each successful candidate, speaking to them the day prior to start to ensure they were completely prepared, and maintaining contact with candidate and Wärtsilä during the first 8 weeks to ensure both parties were happy.
- Regular review meetings to discuss the progress of the campaign.
- Enabling 360° feedback to evaluate how effective our process was and to put in place any necessary improvements for the future.
