I started my journey with STR Group in 2021 as a Marketing Consultant, before being offered a full-time position in 2022. Joining the company as a consultant allowed me to understand the direction the business wanted to take, including its objectives for the next ten years.

I was blown away by their ability to give back to their employees, as well as understand the importance of creating a fantastic ethos and company culture. It was clear that STR Group were on a journey from good to great and I was delighted to be a part of it.

I am always apprehensive about being a female leader in any business, however, it was clear from the very start that the board at STR Group appreciated my knowledge and expertise and where I could add value. STR are a very inclusive-thinking company, they believe in equality, diversity and being transparent at all times – something I feel very strongly about.

Over the last year, we have established a strategic marketing plan for our candidates, clients and employees and I am so glad I made the decision to move to STR. It is by far the best company I have ever worked for.
