On graduating from university in 2017, I began my recruitment career. Working on a healthcare desk, I developed my passion and drive by developing and maintaining my high-quality network of talent. I am process orientated and thrive in taking ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and this is what led me to the internal side of recruitment.
