Our business requirement was to recruit a number of roles that are challenging for us to recruit i.e Ventilation Officers, Technical Stores Manager. We decided to use Navis because they are already have an established relationship with the agency, reliable and history of meeting our targets. They provided temp engineers, ETO’s VO and TSM to us.
